Items are shipped within 24 hours via Royal Mail 2nd Class standard or Royal Mail Tracked depending on the size and value of your order. Items normally take 2-3 business days to arrive from when they are dispatched.

*Regrettably I am unable to accept orders from the EU and Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations. This is not because my products don't meet safety requirements but due to the need for businesses outside of the EU to have an Authorised Representative inside the EU, the cost of which is prohibitive for most small businesses.

I am currently only accepting international orders (from select countries) through my Etsy store. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Digital items are emailed within 24 hours to the email address you provide when you place your order. Please note that digital items are only available to purchase from the countries to which I ship physical items.

Accepted payment methods include all major debit and credit cards, Google Pay and Paypal.

I use recycled, recyclable and eco friendly packing materials wherever possible. Please reuse if you can and recycle where possible.

I strive to get everything right first time but I am only human so if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me within 14 days and I will do my very best to put things right for you.
